The Flowers Suite is perfect for special marriage ceremonies and civil partnerships, welcoming the couple plus up to 60 guests—including children and witnesses.
Couples can choose to arrive together or separately, and you can make your ceremony truly personal by adding readings, music, extra vows, or promises. All your choices can be picked and managed easily through your online ceremony planner.

Enhanced Ceremonies in the Flowers Suite
If you’d like a more personalised wedding or civil partnership, the enhanced ceremony option is available in the Flowers Suite from Wednesday to Saturday at these times:
- 10:30am
- 11:30am
- 12:30pm
- 2:00pm
- 3:00pm
- 4:00pm

Flowers Suite – Simple Ceremonies (Available from 1 July 2026)
If you’re planning a smaller wedding, the Flowers Suite is perfect for a simple ceremony with up to 12 guests, including children and your witnesses.
For a simple ceremony:
- You and your partner will be seen together before the ceremony.
- You’ll enter the Flowers Suite together while classical music is played.
- Please note that customisation isn’t available for simple ceremonies.
If you’d like more guests or want to personalise your ceremony with readings, music, or extra vows, the enhanced ceremony option is available—contact the registry office to discuss this.
Available simple ceremony times on Mondays:
- Afternoon: 2:00pm | 2:45pm | 3:30pm | 4:15pm
- Morning (sometimes available): 10:30 am | 11:45 am | 12:00 pm

If you’d like a different setting for your wedding or civil partnership, you can choose a licensed venue instead of the registry office.
