Annu’s Bump to Baby Photoshoot In Milton Keynes
There’s something so special about capturing a family’s journey from bump to baby, and Annu’s session was truly one to remember. Based in Milton Keynes, at Papaya Peach Photography, I feel so lucky to document these once-in-a-lifetime moments for families in and around the area.
1. Maternity Photoshoot Milton Keynes
Annu first approached me for both her maternity and newborn shoot. This was such an exciting time for her family—they already had a lovely baby boy, and this time they were expecting a baby girl. You could really feel the excitement and joy, especially knowing their family was about to feel complete in a whole new way.
A. Editorial Style Maternity photoshoot
For her maternity session, Annu had a clear vision. She wanted a few editorial-style images, something elegant and timeless. She brought along her own beautiful black dress, which looked absolutely stunning and gave such a bold, classic feel to her photos. Later, she changed into one of my soft pink gowns from the studio collection. I provide a range of luxury gowns for my maternity clients, so mums don’t have to worry about what to wear and can just enjoy the experience.
B. Dreamy Pink Gown Photos
Her dreamy pink gown photos turned out absolutely beautiful. The soft tones, the flow of the fabric, and the glow of motherhood—it all came together so perfectly. There’s something so powerful yet gentle about maternity sessions. It’s a time full of anticipation, love, and quiet connection, and Annu carried it so gracefully. These are the moments mums often don’t realise they’ll miss, and capturing them makes it even more meaningful
C. Boho Maternity Setup with Red Gown
Along with this, we also created some beautiful images using my boho setup. I offer a carefully styled boho setup in the studio, and Annu chose a gorgeous red gown for this look. The rich tones of the dress paired with the earthy, warm textures of the boho styling worked so beautifully together. It added a completely different vibe to her gallery—more relaxed, natural, and full of warmth—and the results were truly stunning.
2. Welcoming Baby Girl | Newborn Photoshoot Milton Keynes
A few weeks later, she came back for her newborn session with her little princess—and this time, her mother joined as well. It was such a heartwarming session. Having three generations in one frame is always so special, and you could truly feel the love and bond between them. These are the kind of memories that become priceless over time.
For her baby girl, Annu chose a soft pink and floral theme, which suited her perfectly. The delicate setup, tiny details, and those peaceful newborn expressions made everything feel so dreamy and calm. Her little one was an absolute star throughout the session.
A.Sibling Love | Capturing Natural Bond Between Brother & Sister
Big brother was also super excited to be part of the shoot. He was so adorable, full of energy and curiosity, and it was lovely to see his bond already forming with his baby sister. These sibling moments are always so genuine and full of emotion.
B.Three Generations in One Frame | Timeless Family Moments
One of my favourite parts of this session was recreating the same backdrop from the maternity shoot for their family photos. It beautifully connected both sessions and told a complete story—from bump to baby. These thoughtful details make such a difference when families look back at their images years later.
Sessions like these are why I love what I do. Being part of such an important journey and capturing these memories for families in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas truly means the world to me.
