SaiHrithik’s Jungle safari cake smash
There’s something really special about cake smash sessions, but this one felt even more meaningful.
Mum got in touch with such a lovely idea — she wanted to do a cake smash for her little boy, but also include some extended family photos. They’re going to be moving away soon, so it felt like the perfect way to capture some memories together before they go.
1. Baby Portraits
Mum chose a jungle safari theme, and it suited him so well! He was honestly such a happy little boy the whole time. We started with a cute dinosaur outfit (which was just perfect for the theme), and then changed him into a shirt and trousers for a bit more smart for a different look.
2. Cake Smash
Then came the highlight — the cake! As part of the session, the cake was provided by a 5-star hygiene-rated baker, and it looked just as amazing as it tasted (well… judging by how much he enjoyed it!). Mum wanted this orange cake as she thought that it would fit the Jungle safari cake smash theme better. He didn’t hold back at all — he dug straight in, smashed it with pure joy, and made the most adorable mess.
3. Bath in a cute little tub
After that, we moved on to the bath, which he enjoyed just as much. Lots of splashing, lots of giggles — just pure fun. He was continuously talking to the elephant, and the tiger was present in the Jungle Safari cake smash. How adorable.
4. Family portraits
To finish, the extended family joined in. There were a few cousins, so we started with some cousin photos first, then did the sisters together, followed by Maasi with all the children, and finally a full family photo. It flowed so nicely and made sure everyone got their moment.
With them moving away, it felt like such a thoughtful way to capture these memories together.
