How To Book the Photoshoot?
Step 1: Select Your Photoshoot Type: Choose from a variety of photoshoot options, including Maternity, Newborn, Older babies, Cake Smash, Family, and Wedding.
Step 2: Decide on a Package: Explore transparent pricing and package details on our website. No hidden charges. Choose a package that suits your requirements.
Step 3: Contact for Booking: Reach out to discuss available dates and address any questions you may have. Contact us here
Step 4: Secure Your Date: Confirm your booking by –
- Transferring a booking deposit (same as the session fee) after contacting us. Payment details will be provided
- Filling out the agreement form and signing the terms & conditions
NOTE – As the session fee is included in packages, pay the remaining amount after the session. For example: If you are booking a package worth £395, you would transfer £50 at the time of booking and the remaining £345 after the session.
Step 5: Receive Booking Confirmation and Session Information: You will receive an email confirming your booking, along with all the essential details for your upcoming session.
What’s Next After Booking?
Step 1: Photoshoot Day: Arrive at the location for the session (Location details provided in the booking confirmation email). Enjoy a fantastic photo experience. Right after the session, I will show all the photos taken during the session to select the best images for editing.
Step 2: Remaining Payment: Complete the remaining payment for the chosen package, online within 24 hours post-session. No cash payments are accepted.
(NOTE: Delay in payment affects the delivery period of final pictures and products. The picture editing process does not start till the remaining payment is complete.)
Step 3: Final Delivery: Your final images will be received four weeks after the full payment has been cleared.
If prints are included in your package, you will be notified when they are ready for collection at the studio, with arrangements made at a convenient date and time. All prints or products included in packages are for studio collection only. I’ve had issues with parcels going missing or damaged so I do not prefer postage.
Important points to consider before booking your session
- Selection of the Images: I aim to capture enough photos for your package during the shoot. As your photographer, you will get the opportunity to select the best images.
- Portfolio Check: Yes, this is very important, not just for booking me but for booking any photographer.
You should always check a photographer’s portfolio and style. And then ask these questions i.e. do you like their work and style? Would imagine your pictures looking like pictures in the photographer’s portfolio? If the answer is yes, then you should approach the photographer for booking otherwise continue your search till you find the right one for you. - Requests of Producing Duplicate of Other Photographers’ Photos: My portfolio reflects my distinct style.
If you’ve come across images on the internet and are seeking a photographer to replicate them. Share preferred images before session planning for consideration, as last-minute additions may not be feasible. Every photographer has a unique style, and it’s unethical to replicate others’ work. - Transparent and Affordable Pricing: Each Papaya Peach Photography session includes a specific number of high-resolution edited images based on the chosen package. There’s no obligation to buy extra images or products, and you won’t face any high-pressure sales sessions.
